Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?
Sasha first came out as transgender during high school. Sasha's family supported him through the rough times and Sasha knew that she was capable of doing anything when it came to music. Jim and Sasha have now become a formal couple. The two songwriters have both been performing at locales and open mics. While The Voice coaches did not talk about Sasha's background, the duo and Jim shared their life journey through a short introduction clip that was played prior to the show. Jim and Sasha discussed the music they enjoy in addition to the way Sasha picked up the guitar for the first time at age six. He was able to learn the musical form faster due to his father being a teacher. Sasha had a difficult time as a teenager with gender identification. In an Instagram post Sasha recently spoke out about his difficulties. Jim was overwhelmed with emotion as he outlined his reasons for not being capable of helping during these difficult times. Sasha Allen is a contestant on The Voice. She was born a girl. Sasha Allen's age will reach 19 by 2021. Sasha made public his trans identity during the first year of high school when he began to transition from male to female. Sasha stated via Instagram, "I am the third transgender individual to appear on this show and I'm delighted to have the opportunity to represent transgender individuals in such a broad platform."
